Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to instructors and fellow clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all classes.

All class bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the class being forfeited and charged in full, in accordance with your membership or booking terms.

No-shows will also be treated as a late cancellation and will be charged in full.

Cancellations must be made via the official booking system.

The studio reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with prior notice provided to clients.
